1. Scale and Equipment: With registered capital of RMB 120 million, the company operates a modern production base exceeding 30,000 square meters. It houses nearly 100 advanced machines covering the entire production process—from cutting and pipe forming to polishing and inspection—alongside multiple state-of-the-art German pipe/fitting production lines. A dedicated 500-square-meter R&D facility ensures seamless technology transfer and production efficiency.
2. Technology and Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration: The technical team has actively participated in formulating 15 national, industry, regional, and group standards, holding approximately 35 patents (including 9 invention patents), with technical capabilities recognized by the industry. Independently developed intelligent pickling and passivation production processes enhance pipeline corrosion resistance and safety by forming dense passivation films. Collaborations with Central South University and Xiangtan University established a CNAS-accredited national-level laboratory meeting state testing standards.
